Survivor say what?!?

Okay, we just finished watching Survivor.... I was riveted to the TV screen! I have never been so glued to it, nor have I laughed so hard. Tyler and I were literally HOWLING with laughter, falling off the couch. Gotta be the best move ever, it even tops last week! For those who don't watch, we are down to the final five, four are women, and one is a man. The man won immunity, and those four girls duped him into GIVING AWAY his immunity to one of them! UNBELEIVABLE! Stupid, stupid, stupid. Favorite quotes of the night: Natalie to the other girls discussing their plan, "I feel stupid listening to you. It won't work" and then James, a member of the jury, "I have offically lost my title of dumbest Survivor ever!" (He was voted out with 2 hidden immunity idols in his bag!) Gotta say... I love this show. It never fails to entertain. And, they are even giving the finale to me for Mother's day! Can't wait until Sunday night, you go girls!!!

Thank you Walmart!

I love Wal-mart. I know some of you do not, but I do. I really, really do. You can buy anything there, and if you can't, you can buy it online and ship it to the store for free. I took both boys to town with me today to do the Walmart/Costco shuffle. Some of you may know that the last few attempts have NOT gone well. Let's just say I got a lot of "Poor her!" looks, and it was, er.... noisy. Today, Walmart came through for us. They weren't too busy, and when I walked in, we found a Super-sized cart. Yes, I mean supersized! It had an entire extension in front of the normal push handles, with two little benches in there. It looked like it might be worth a try, since I had both boys and Wayne HATES sitting in the front of carts. I did a 20 second debate between the ease of shopping with this new and brilliant cart, but sacrificing cleanliness because my disinfecting wipes were in the back of the Jeep. I decided to take the plunge, and switch to the new cart! Aaaww... Our shopping was not quite bliss, but it did sure help out! Now, if only we had a Super-Walmart...

Shmuck lukka!

.... Otherwise known as my day with the Beld's. The Beld's came over around 2:30 to create Bailey's graduation invitations. Brenna and Taylor were in charge of our boys, and they did a great job. Their activities included 2 trips to the park, not to mention the back yard and snacks. Bailey, Aunt Shelly and I worked in the office until 7:30pm and got most everything but the ribbon done. They or SOOOOOOOO cute, as you can see! They even stayed for dinner too. You can never have too many Beld's, and they can never stay too long, at least for us! We love you Queen's Academy!

In other news... we had coffee at Mom's this morning with Tara, and then Aunt Carol and Jennie! She is home to visit for a few weeks, and it was soooo good to see her. Hmmm.. the garden got planted, and my front flower beds are set for summer, if it would ever get here! I also went back to work this week, which went very well. Life is always so busy, I try to just take at least one day to play and just be with the boys each week. I'm not perfect, but I try!

"not 2 young 2 drive"

Oh Wayne... how do you keep a two year old from running to the road while you are spray painting the plastic hangers of your flower baskets black? (that's another long story to chaulk up to our analness!) Easy... throw him in your Jeep! Wayne climbed from the front to the back, and everywhere in between... then, I here a "hi!" I looked up, and apparently I left the sunroof open, because this is what I saw...

Silves brother "smackdown"

Oh those Silves boys.... When we got home from church, Wayne just had to hold Weston (usually he doesn't pay too much attention to him, but today must have been different!) First Wayne gave Weston big hugs, and then kisses. Then Wayne layed on his back and motioned for Weston to sit on top of him. I helped Weston to "get" Wayne, and Wayne was squeeling with giggles! Weston was laughing pretty good too. This went on for 10 minutes or so, until things were getting wild and I broke up the party.

My neighborhood tiller...

Hats off to the traveling tiller who visited me this afternoon! The garden is now pretty much ready to plant... hip-hip hooray!
