First off, today was H-O-T. 89 degrees with 50-60% humidity. Crazy weather!!! We weren't quite ready to go to church together as a family of 5 yet, so we stayed home. We were in need of a few supplies, so Tyler took the big boys to Wal-Mart while I stayed at home and rested with Wyatt. I am feeling really good for having had a c-section 1 week ago, but I've definitely entered the stage of, "feeling good enough to move around, but that makes me really sore." I also have to be very careful not lift anything, even by accident. Slowly but surely! I can't be left alone with Weston at this point, I just can't lift the little dude. Wayne and I do just fine together though, he's been a wonderful helper and is really starting to actually want to obey in order to help out and make me feel better. Thankfully I have another week before I'll even be left alone with all three boys, and I am grateful for that!!!! Tyler is off this whole next week, except for Wednesday and Thursday, and my mom is watching/in charge of the older two those days. Thank goodness for Grandma!!!
I'm not going to lie... I'd never do that on the blog! :-) The week has been a little rough at times. Hopefully you've all enjoyed the blogging. I find it therapeutic to sit down and write out what we've been doing, and to sit back and look at all the pictures I've taken. I don't trust myself to remember everything, I've had a hard time blogging from just a few days back! I've been a little emotional, and yes I know that that is totally normal. I think I have a stronger realization of just how fast Wyatt is going to grow, and I'm not ready for him to do anything more than be our precious newborn. He is so perfect and sweet and soft, and wholly dependent upon me.... I love it!!! He always turns his head when he hears my voice, and just loves to lay against my chest and tuck his head under my chin. He is a champion eater (we've had to put a time limit on his feedings, because he'll just keep eating and eating and eating!) I feel so blessed to have been give three boys from the Lord, that he would trust me to be their Mom. I want to follow God's leading as we raise all three, to know the Lord as their God, and Jesus as their Savior. I want to always remember that that is my top priority, and after that, it's to PRAY for them. I want to do better in that area, no excuses. I'm thankful for a gracious, understanding God.
Whew! Where did that come from? We'll just move on... Where was I? Oh yeah... Today was HOT! We did our best to stay cool, but it's 85 in the house and 84 degrees outside right now. Tyler went and set up all the fans, so I'm hoping we can cool the house to at least 70 tonight, before the next few days. By Tuesday, we're supposed to hit 91! Argh!!!! I'm going to melt!!!! After naps today, Tyler took the big boys outside to play in the water for a few hours. Wyatt and I mostly hung out in the house. They had a lot of fun with the duck!

Ryan and Tara came by, with Madelyn, who went outside to play with her cousins. Tara and I visited in the house, and then Mom came to. I love them so much, and appreciate all the care and help they've given us!!!

This picture makes me laugh... Madelyn's a monster! Look how big she is at almost 11 months old, compared to 6 day old Wyatt.

Wyatt, taking a hot-weather snooze. What a CUTIE PATOOTIE!

Oh yeah... Amanda came for a visit around lunch time. When I took this picture, she said, "I new baby in one hand, and an italian soda in the other. What could be better?"

And after church, the Scheib's all came over so that the kiddos could meet their new cousin.

Whew! Tonight has been really good. Wayne is asleep! Weston is asleep! Wyatt is asleep! Now, I'm going to fold a load of whites, and have some chips and salsa. Night all!
