Cousins and a Grandma in all her glory!

Wyatt looked like he was changing today, so I took a picture!

And Weston is just so cute and full of life, I thought you'd want to see him too! Please note: Wayne was moving to fast to be captured on digital film today. Every picture I took of him was blurry!

And this morning I went to visit at Mom's, and to see Treven... I finally got pictures of Wyatt and Treven together! They are both soooo adorable, and it was a little odd visiting with two newborns at the table. What if we didn't know who was who? No worries, us mommies could figure it out!

Treven: How you doing?
Wyatt: Good, you?
Treven: Life's good over here. I eat, sleep, and poop.
Wyatt: Yeah, me too. And everyone thinks we're adorable!

Treven's arrival, plus a little of this and a little of that

I finally got official blog permission to post on Treven, so enjoy!

Tara, Tyler and I went in on Monday night with Wyatt to meet Treven, and congratulate Tyson and Breanne. Someone had to stay in the waiting room with Wyatt, but it was great to see Treven in person. I have a nephew! Here is a pic of Tara and I walking into the hospital, with Wyatt. He looks so tiny in there! And the too cute new family of three!
One proud Grandma. How many can say they've had two grandson's in eight days? The poor woman has been run ragged helping me and helping them. She's logged some serious miles coming up and down the hill at least three times a day for the past few days! And the cooking.. the cooking!!! Homemade cinnamon rolls, fried chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, rolls, blueberry cobbler, blue cheese and crackers, lunch from McDonald's (okay, technically not cooking, but a meal provided is a meal provided!) She has been truly amazing.

My brother is a dad... crazy! And he is a wonderful, amazing, sensitive, and protective dad too. Rumor has it he's changed every diaper so far... I am SOOOOO proud of him!!!
I love this picture, they just look like they are busting at the seems with pride and JOY!
Tyson dressed Treven for the very first time...

Okay... fast forward here to last night. Auntie Tara came to help with the boys, and brought ice cream and cones. She definitely won a few fans!

And these are from the day before Wyatt was born, out with my Dad on his new boat.

Mom has been with me all day, or at least with Weston for me, and left a few minutes ago. I am holding down the fort alone for the next 1 hour and 15 minutes.. Wish me luck!

It's a 105 degrees in the shade!!!

Well, as usual, I have your trusty weather report from Everson. Can you believe the temp? It usually tops out around 5:30pm, so we'll see how high it climbs! On a side note, our family room is 72 degrees... this morning it was 66 degrees and I had to wear a sweatshirt. We've had a quiet but busy day... Tyler went back to work today, so mom came down as soon as Weston woke up to lift him out of bed, help with breakfast, and then she took both boys to her house for the morning. They came back for naps, and then Tara came down to get Weston out of bed, watch them, and feed them dinner. We should be able to manage on our own from there, only 90 minutes until Tyler gets home! I thought I'd share a few more pics, just in case you hadn't got enough by now!

Wayne is so good with Wyatt... very protective, loving, and a big help to me! He is fascinated with "my baby's hands!"

Tyler holding Wyatt at the doctor's office. On Monday Wyatt weighed 7 lbs 4 oz, and was gaining weight so well he doesn't have to go back for a 2 week check up!

We love our doctor! All but one of Wayne's cousins also goes to him! That's 6 cousins!

And here's a picture of Treven, Wyatt's buddy that was born on Monday. Isn't he CUTE?
Wayne played on the computer for WAY too long last night, but we were too hot and tired to argue.
Yesterday's high.... 99!
A hot and sweaty mom, and Wyatt... he is getting so big!

I SOOO owe my Mom, and I never thought I could fall in love with 9,000 BTU's!

As you all well know, it's H-O-T!!! 96 degrees hot, and rising to be exact. My Grandma registered 111 degrees in the sun yesterday evening. That's HOT! With THREE boys, and one of them newborn, I was DESPERATE for an air conditioning unit this morning. DESPERATE I tell you!!! I found out the Hardware Sales was expecting a shipment in, and mom was able to be there just as it arrived and grab us one (and one for herself) before they were sold out again (Lowe's, Home Depot, and numerous others are sold out.) It's been running for 30 minutes or so, and already our family room has dropped 3 degrees. Praise the Lord! I didn't think I was going to survive the rest of this week in this heat, but now I don't plan on leaving the family room, except for short bathroom and kitchen breaks. Thank you Mom!

In other news.... my nephew was born yesterday!!! Treven Bryson was born at 1:10pm weighing 7 lbs. 6 oz. and was 20 inches long. He is cute! I thought he had Breanne's eyes, but Tyson's nose and mouth. I am so, so excited for them, and think that it is beyond fantastic that Wyatt has a little buddy to grow up with, only 8 days younger. We are in for some serious trouble from them someday, I think!!! I'll try to post a few pics later on, until then, I'm going to go stand in front of the AC! Hope you are all managing to stay cool in this, drink lots of water, italian sodas and iced lattes.... like we're doing!

Sunday.... and I'm caught up on blogging!

First off, today was H-O-T. 89 degrees with 50-60% humidity. Crazy weather!!! We weren't quite ready to go to church together as a family of 5 yet, so we stayed home. We were in need of a few supplies, so Tyler took the big boys to Wal-Mart while I stayed at home and rested with Wyatt. I am feeling really good for having had a c-section 1 week ago, but I've definitely entered the stage of, "feeling good enough to move around, but that makes me really sore." I also have to be very careful not lift anything, even by accident. Slowly but surely! I can't be left alone with Weston at this point, I just can't lift the little dude. Wayne and I do just fine together though, he's been a wonderful helper and is really starting to actually want to obey in order to help out and make me feel better. Thankfully I have another week before I'll even be left alone with all three boys, and I am grateful for that!!!! Tyler is off this whole next week, except for Wednesday and Thursday, and my mom is watching/in charge of the older two those days. Thank goodness for Grandma!!!

I'm not going to lie... I'd never do that on the blog! :-) The week has been a little rough at times. Hopefully you've all enjoyed the blogging. I find it therapeutic to sit down and write out what we've been doing, and to sit back and look at all the pictures I've taken. I don't trust myself to remember everything, I've had a hard time blogging from just a few days back! I've been a little emotional, and yes I know that that is totally normal. I think I have a stronger realization of just how fast Wyatt is going to grow, and I'm not ready for him to do anything more than be our precious newborn. He is so perfect and sweet and soft, and wholly dependent upon me.... I love it!!! He always turns his head when he hears my voice, and just loves to lay against my chest and tuck his head under my chin. He is a champion eater (we've had to put a time limit on his feedings, because he'll just keep eating and eating and eating!) I feel so blessed to have been give three boys from the Lord, that he would trust me to be their Mom. I want to follow God's leading as we raise all three, to know the Lord as their God, and Jesus as their Savior. I want to always remember that that is my top priority, and after that, it's to PRAY for them. I want to do better in that area, no excuses. I'm thankful for a gracious, understanding God.

Whew! Where did that come from? We'll just move on... Where was I? Oh yeah... Today was HOT! We did our best to stay cool, but it's 85 in the house and 84 degrees outside right now. Tyler went and set up all the fans, so I'm hoping we can cool the house to at least 70 tonight, before the next few days. By Tuesday, we're supposed to hit 91! Argh!!!! I'm going to melt!!!! After naps today, Tyler took the big boys outside to play in the water for a few hours. Wyatt and I mostly hung out in the house. They had a lot of fun with the duck!Ryan and Tara came by, with Madelyn, who went outside to play with her cousins. Tara and I visited in the house, and then Mom came to. I love them so much, and appreciate all the care and help they've given us!!!
This picture makes me laugh... Madelyn's a monster! Look how big she is at almost 11 months old, compared to 6 day old Wyatt.
Wyatt, taking a hot-weather snooze. What a CUTIE PATOOTIE!
Oh yeah... Amanda came for a visit around lunch time. When I took this picture, she said, "I new baby in one hand, and an italian soda in the other. What could be better?"
And after church, the Scheib's all came over so that the kiddos could meet their new cousin.

Whew! Tonight has been really good. Wayne is asleep! Weston is asleep! Wyatt is asleep! Now, I'm going to fold a load of whites, and have some chips and salsa. Night all!

Out-takes from Wyatt's newborn photoshoot...

Our precious baby Wyatt turned 1 week old today!!! Crazy but true. He's still so small, but you can see that he is starting to pack on the ounces... My rule is that I have to take the newborn pictures BEFORE the umbilical chord falls off. As Wyatt's is very crisp, and the older boys were napping... today was the day! Thankfully Tyler is a great assistant, and even one week after a c-section I can take the pictures. Thank goodness infants don't move much after you pose them!!! I have ordered his official pictures, but until I can get them tomorrow and then hand them out, I thought you all might enjoy seeing the out-takes, the ones left on the editing room floor, if you will!

I l.o.v.e this shot... Look at all that hair over his ears!
He always has his hands in his mouth.

Look at those B.I.G. feet!

Such a sweet, sweet baby!
